In the context of the Cloud Monetisation Platform, an individual or organisation who has signed an agreement to take goods and services from a service provider. A customer receives a bill associated with one or more subscriptions, and can be a single end user or a large company with many subscriptions assigned to one agreement. Service Advisors (CSAs) to view overdue invoices, known as Aged Debt. The data can be viewed in two modes:
- As of Date
- Real Time
The Aged Debt panel provides As of Date information to fulfil the customer requirement (Real Time Data is not currently supported). In CMP

A (usually) customer-facing role in telecommunications, such as an agent in a call centre. Variations include CSR (Customer Service Representative) or CEA (Customer Experience Agent) determines which ones are displayed in the filter drop-down by creating them in the Maintain Document Type Groups option. CSAs must do this before they can use the filter.
Aged Debt is a Toolbox feature and may not be available in your implementation of CMP.
