Billing

The Billing submenu has the following options:

Option	Description
Discounts	The Group-level Discounts are displayed in the lower panel. Effective Discounts are displayed as the default. Use the selector in the right corner to display Effective and All Discounts. Right-click in the panel to Add a new Discount, refer to Discounts for details. Right-click a selected discount to Delete or Change it.
