AgentView Interfaces Layer Properties

The following properties can be modified when deploying AgentView The graphical user interface of the CMP that is typically used by Customer Service Agents to access CMP customer and billing data. In versions prior to CMP 8.0, this was called the CMP GUI.:

settings_address_lookup_url	N/A	The URL of the address lookup provider
settings_address_lookup_provider	QA67	Address lookup provider name
additional_settings	N/A	Additional settings that should be injected to the AgentView Database. It is the array of the dictionaries, for details refer to the Additional Settings table.

Additional Settings

These additional AgentView Interfaces Layer properties must only be used if instructed by MDS Global support. The list of properties will be provided when necessary. In most deployment cases the properties must be removed or commented out.
