Selection criteria
The following criteria must all be satisfied before a hardware service job can be purged:
- Company Number (EACICD) = incoming parameter.
- Job Cancellation Date (EAF0DT) <> 0 and < incoming cancellation date parameter.
- Invoice Generated Date (EAF6DT) <> 0 and < incoming invoice date parameter.
- No record exists in table COGJREP (Invoice Header) for this job’s associated invoices (invoice number stored in JLH3NB in table COJLREP).
The incoming parameters are manually entered in CMP
