Before you begin, ensure that:

the Closed User Group service has been added in the Business Configuration

To add a subscription to a closed user group:

Access the Subscription to be added to a closed user group.
The Subscription Summary screen is displayed.

Right-click in the Active Services pane on the lower panel.

Select Add.
The Add Subscription Service dialog appears.

Enter the CUG service code in the Service field.
A subscription can have only one CUG service active at a time.
- Enter the relevant date in the Effective field. This defaults to today’s date but a future date can be selected from the Date Picker.

Select Confirm.
The CUG service is now added to the subscription, and the subscription is a part of the CUG. If you entered a future effective date, it will be added to the CUG when the service becomes effective.
The specific pricing structure is applied by the OCS to the subscription within the CUG when making calls and sending texts within the group.
