Request Bill Reprint
You can request a reprint of a bill from within AgentView
The graphical user interface of the CMP that is typically used by Customer Service Agents to access CMP customer and billing data. In versions prior to CMP 8.0, this was called the CMP GUI..
From the Financials > Transactions panel, right-click on the invoice you would like to reprint.
The Request Bill Reprint dialog is displayed.

Service |
The service code and description. |

Charge Amount |
The amount to charge to reprint the bill. This shows the Default Service Price, but can be overwritten. |

Reason |
Select a valid reason for reprinting the bill from the drop-down list. |

Delivery Address |
Displays the address associated with the invoice, that is, the address to which the invoice was originally sent. |

Billing Media |
Select the media on which the bill should be output, from the drop-down list. |
Once confirmed, you can view the reprint details from the Active Services pane on the Profile > Summary panel.
