View a Closed User Group
You can view active closed user
A person with the capability to log in to the CMP GUI software, such as a customer service advisor or agent. groups (CUGs) for a specific hierarchical entity, and view all subscriptions within a specific closed user group
In the Customer Manager Platform hierarchy, the highest level of the structure. The group level can be used to group corporates. Groups can hold financial information..
To do this:

Navigate to the Account
In the Cloud Monetisation Platform, a billing entity that can be used to manage payments on one or more subscriptions or payments for services. An account can hold details such as payments or invoices., Group, or Corporate summary page. - From the sub-menu, select Rating > Closed User Groups.
The Hierarchy Closed User Groups panel is displayed. The associated CUGs are listed on this screen, with the following details:
Column
Description
CUG id
The identifier of the closed user group.
Name
The name of the service.
Creation Date
The date the closed user group was created. Priority
Indicates the priority when multiple CUGs exist for a single subscription to determine which rate to use. This is currently not used.

To view the subscriptions within the CUG, right-click on the relevant line, and select View.
The Closed User Group Details dialog is displayed, showing the subscriptions associated with the group.
Select the drop-down list on the right of the dialog to also view subscriptions that have been removed from the CUG, and those that will be added on a future date.
You can also access the Closed User Group Details dialog from the Subscription
A billing entity that incurs a charge. Examples include a network attached device whose usage you want to measure and charge for, or a monthly software subscription summary page:

From the sub-menu, select Billing > Services.

Right-click the CUG service line, and select Closed User Group Details from the drop-down list.
The Closed User Group dialog appears with a list of the subscriptions linked to the CUG.

Select Cancel to exit the Closed User Group dialog.
