Patch Releases

CMP 8.11.0.1 - 2nd August 2023

This patch release addresses 8 application support issue and one product story as follows:

• CMPIS-2602: Action Monitor - Bar Action - Duplicate Write (RED-766) - The Action Monitor job was attempting to write a duplicate record to the Subscription Bar table which is keyed by subscription number, bar date and bar time. This has necessitated an update of the subscription bar primary key to include the standard command name.
• CMPIS-2479: REST - Get Estimated Bill Incorrectly includes expired services (RED-751) - When using the REST Get Estimated Bills web service, the query incorrectly returned the price including all expired services.
• CMPIS-2599: Bill Print File Not Created (RED-765) - The Bill Print file was not being creating due to a deadlock with the Usage Archiving job.
• CMPIS-2641: Allocation Monitors Failure (RED-770) - A number of issues were observed with the Allocation Monitor job that resulted in failures of the job. When an internal server error was returned by the job there was no way to recover the subscription and the event remained in an awaiting network services status. In addition, where a service had been provisioned but the allocation monitor job had not added the appropriate actions to add the allowances to the subscription.
• CMPIS-2601: Workflow Monitor - Pagination Missing Entire pages of work in the reader - Pagination was missing entire pages of work in the Workflow Monitor job at high transaction volumes.
• CMPIS-2612: Synchronised Blocks in Sabre - This fix addresses performance issues in the Rated Usage and Invoice Production jobs at large volumes.
• CMPIS-2615: Action Monitor - Pagination Missing Entire pages of work in the reader - Pagination was missing entire pages of work in the Action Monitor job at high transaction volumes.
• CMPIS-2547: Invoice Posting - Time Out Issue - A time out issue was observed with the Invoice Posting job. A database transaction was observed to timeout before Invoice Posting had completed the work.
• CMP-19907: REST - Get Subscription - Include Id Type & Number - The changes made in CMP 8.11 to the Get Subscriptions web service to return the identification information in the response have also been applied to the Get Subscription response.

Note, the latest Ansible package must be downloaded prior to performing the upgrade.
