This job monitors for activity at agreement In the Cloud Monetisation Platform, the entity that holds the instructions for generating the bills for one or more subscriptions. including the addresses and how often the bill is generated. level, for example a change of the agreement price plan, and creates bulk action requests so that changes requested at agreement level are executed for each subscription A billing entity that incurs a charge. This job is triggered by the creation of an Agreement Price Plan record in the database with a status of 1 (Change Pending) where the effective data has been reached or exceeded. For each of these records, the job creates interface header and detail records to trigger the bulk action Manage Price Plan/Tariff Change job, as follows:

• Interface Batch Header and Bulk Action Interface Batch Header:

  • Bulk Action Interface Batch Header parameters:

    • Price Plan - from Agreement Price Plan.

    • As Of Date - always the current date because the trigger finds only records with effective dates that are reached/exceeded.

    • Sales Person Account In the Cloud Monetisation Platform, a billing entity that can be used to manage payments on one or more subscriptions or payments for services. An account can hold details such as payments or invoices. - from Agreement Price Plan; Sales Person Number is used to get Sales Person Account from the Salesforce database table.

• Interface Batch Detail:

  • Customer In the context of the Cloud Monetisation Platform, an individual or organisation who has signed an agreement to take goods and services from a service provider. A customer receives a bill associated with one or more subscriptions, and can be a single end user or a large company with many subscriptions assigned to one agreement. Level/Reference stores the agreement number.

• Bulk Action Interface Batch Detail Agreement Price Plan record is updated to 2 (Change Complete).
