Tenants

Tenants represent a wholesale provider or distribution channel operating within a single CMP Converged Monetisation Platform. The MDS Global product that supports customer care and billing for digital service providers. instance, and can be assigned to users and teams. The Tenants List screen displays a list of all available tenants.

The Tenants List screen lists CMP tenants in a table layout with the following headings:

• Tenant Name - the name of the tenant and tenant code.

• Legal Name - the officially registered name.

• Account In the Cloud Monetisation Platform, a billing entity that can be used to manage payments on one or more subscriptions or payments for services. An account can hold details such as payments or invoices. Number - the account number associated with the tenant.

• Contact Name - the name of the contact for this tenant.

• Contact Phone Number - the phone number associated with the contact name entered above.

• Sales Channel - Yes is displayed if the are sales channels associated with the tenant. Hover over the hyperlink to view the sales channels associated with the tenant.

From this screen, you can:

• View a list of tenants.
• Add a tenant.
• Edit a tenant.
• Delete a tenant.
