Selection criteria
The following scenarios cause a purge:
- Deletes every billed usage
The consumption of services, for example a subscriber using call minutes. record where:- IH Invoice Number (EEEFNB) <> 0
- Network
In the context of CMP, the infrastructure on which usage of registered customers will be measured – this could be a mobile phone network, broadband network or other non-telecommunications network. (EEA7CD) = incoming network parameter, and No corresponding record exists in table COGJREP (Invoice Header) for that particular invoice.
The parameter is manually entered in CMP
Converged Monetisation Platform. The MDS Global product that supports customer care and billing for digital service providers. Back Office but note that the network is optional – if it ia not populated, the network is ignored in the selection process.
- Deletes every billed usage record where:
- EEEFNB <> 0, EEA7CD = incoming network parameter
- The corresponding invoice exists in table COGJREP
- Call Date (EEBEDT) < incoming call date parameter
- No open amount (field RPAAP) in the F0311 table (Accounts Receivable) for that document type and invoice number, and
There are no unresolved records in table CSORREP (Query Amounts) for that invoice (i.e. ORQ1ST = ‘2’ for every record found).

- Call Date (EEBEDT) < incoming call date parameter
- There is an open amount in the F0311 table for that document type and invoice number, and
- EEBEDT < incoming purge unpaid calls to date parameter.

The subsequent tables use Original Request Number (EEN2NB) and Original Request Sequence (EEN3NB) as the identifying keys to purge associated records.
This purge deletes records from the corresponding override table names defined in configuration. It does NOT purge records from archived tables when calls management is active. The expectation is that those standalone tables are removed in their entirety via some other means.
