Selection criteria

The following criteria must all be satisfied before a prospect can be purged:

• Company Number (GACICD) = incoming parameter.
• Prospect Date Changed (GAEKDT) <> 0 and < incoming date parameter.
• No record exists in table COCXREP (Subscription A billing entity that incurs a charge. Examples include a network attached device whose usage you want to measure and charge for, or a monthly software subscription) for this prospect.
• No record exists in table COFNREP (Diary Event) for this prospect OR records do exist but all have Event Status (FNA1ST) = ‘S’, ‘R’ or ‘G’.

The incoming parameters are manually entered in CMP Converged Monetisation Platform. The MDS Global product that supports customer care and billing for digital service providers. Back Office and records are purged by prospect number except those indicated by a number in parentheses in the table, as explained in the Notes.
