Selection criteria
The following criteria must all be satisfied before a subscription
A billing entity that incurs a charge. Examples include a network attached device whose usage you want to measure and charge for, or a monthly software subscription can be purged:
- Termination Inv Produced (CXGIST) = ‘1’ (yes).
- Company Number (CXCICD) = incoming parameter.
- Subs Termination Date (CXBDDT) <> 0 and < incoming date parameter.
- No record exists in table COFNREP (Diary Event) for this subscription OR records do exist but none have Event Status (FNA1ST) = ‘D’, ‘B’, ‘E’, ‘P’ or ‘C’.
- Total open amount (RPAAP) in table F0311 (Accounts Receivable) = 0 for the subscription’s account In the Cloud Monetisation Platform, a billing entity that can be used to manage payments on one or more subscriptions or payments for services. An account can hold details such as payments or invoices. number.
The incoming parameters are manually entered in CMP Converged Monetisation Platform. The MDS Global product that supports customer care and billing for digital service providers. Back Office and records are purged by subscription number, except those indicated by a number in parentheses in the table, as explained in the Notes.
Associated statistics tables (e.g. Account Network In the context of CMP, the infrastructure on which usage of registered customers will be measured – this could be a mobile phone network, broadband network or other non-telecommunications network. Stats) are also refreshed to reflect the post-purge revised numbers; those tables are not included here because they don’t get purged.
