Selection criteria

The following criteria must all be satisfied before a workflow event can be purged:

• Company Number (FNCICD) = incoming parameter.
• Event Status (FNA1ST) = ‘R’ (resolved) and Resolved Date (FNCIDT) < incoming resolved date parameter OR FNA1ST = ‘S’ (cancelled) and FNCIDT < incoming cancelled date parameter.
• No record exists in table CQAXCPP (Diary Event Links) where Linked Event Number (AXOSNR) = FNBMCD.

The incoming parameters are manually entered in CMP Converged Monetisation Platform. The MDS Global product that supports customer care and billing for digital service providers. Back Office and records are purged by event number except those indicated in the table by a number in parentheses, as explained in the Notes.

1. Uses Action Item Number (FPDFNB) from table COFPREP (Diary Event Actioned Item) as the key.
2. Uses Event Number (AXBMCD) and Sequence Num (AXHANR) from table CQAXCPP (Diary Event Links) as its key, rather than the usual workflow event number.
3. Tables are GDPR related and so are not archived.
